The 3/4-inch diameter tubing has a 6-8 inch bend radius, providing the flexibility to shape the air line as needed.
The RedRock Performance air compressor accessories kit contains all the necessary components to complete the installation in shops or garages of any size. Customers can also purchase additional accessories to further expand or customize the pipeline based on their space and air requirements.
Tubing specifications: - Tubing OD: 1 inch - Tubing ID: 3/4 inch - Bend Radius: 6-8 inches - Tubing Length: 100 feet - Tubing Material: HDPE + Aluminum - Fitting Material: Nickel Plated Copper - Operating Pressure: 200 PSI at 73°F / 160 PSI at 140°F
Installation Steps: 1. Use the included tubing cutter to cut the tube to the desired length, rotating your wrist while cutting. 2. Bevel the inside of the tubing by inserting the reaming tool and rotating it at least 3 full turns. Remove the nut and split ring from the fitting, then place them on the tubing. 3. Insert the fitting into the tubing. 4. Tighten the nut by hand, then use a wrench to securely tighten it.
WARNINGS: - System pressure limit is 200 PSI. - Turn off the air compressor when not in use. - Do not point the compressed air source at any person. - Compressed air can be dangerous if not used properly.
