This compressed air tubing assembly kit is the perfect solution for a newly purchased or newly installed compressor up to 5HP. It contains everything you need to set up your compressed air system efficiently.
Part 1 focuses on the receiver tank outlet connection. We include a 1/2" FNPT full-flow brass ball valve and brass union to provide a secure and reliable attachment point.
Proceeding to Part 2, the ball valve connects to a Tekton 46363 6' jumper hose. It is essential to always route the jumper hose and compressed air vertically, never horizontally, to prevent moisture buildup.
Part 3 introduces the industrial-grade filter regulator. This component will adjust the incoming and outgoing pressure while also collecting moisture in the water trap. It features a semi-automatic overnight drain designed to release water when the system is at 0 psi. To optimize performance, the filter regulator should be positioned at least 2 feet higher than the receiver tank outlet, forcing the air to climb vertically before reaching the filter.
Part 4 covers the Maxline NPT adapter, which serves as the starting point for the Maxline air tubing setup. The kit includes M8064 wall-mounting clips to facilitate a variety of installation options, and detailed instructions are provided.
The M3800 kit comes with 3 Maxline outlets/drops, allowing for a customized air distribution system.
Part 5 includes 6 quick disconnects (also known as couplers) with 6 matching plugs. These industrial-rated couplers are designed for seamless and secure connections.
Finally, Part 6 consists of 3 heavy-duty, poly-reinforced coiled compressor hoses. Each hose can be extended up to 20 feet and is rated for a maximum working pressure of 200 psi, significantly outperforming the cheaper nylon hoses commonly found online. These coiled hoses feature swivel ends for added flexibility.
The kit also includes a roll of pipe tape to help ensure proper sealing on all NPT connections.
