The NO LEAKS AIR SYSTEM offered is a complete leak-proof compressed air supply solution for your shop or garage, rolling up to 100 ft. The smooth interior walls of the piping rolls will never build up scale or rust, making it much more efficient than iron or PVC piping. The system operates reliably at 200 psi at 73°F and 160 psi at 140°F.
Cutting and terminating the tubing has been made effortless with the provided simple tool. The MaxLine Master Kit contains all the necessary components to complete the installation.
Compared to iron, copper, or PVC piping, the MaxLine tubing is bendable and flexible, allowing for faster installation and easier layout customization. The 1/2-inch inside diameter pipe has a bend radius of 6-8 inches and can be bent to any shape.
The system is scalable, making it perfect for shops or garages of any size and layout. Additional accessories can be purchased to expand or further customize the pneumatic line installation based on the requirements of pressurized air distribution.
The installation process is straightforward: 1. Cut the tubing square with the cutter, rotating the wrist while cutting. 2. Bevel the inside of the tubing by inserting the reaming tool and rotating it at least 3 full turns. Use peg #16 for 1/2" tubing, remove the nut and split ring from the fitting, and place them on the tubing. 3. Push the fitting onto the tubing and fully against the shoulder of the fitting (soapy water will help this process). 4. Tighten the nut with a wrench a minimum 1/2 of a turn or until tight.
The Maxline tubing has an aluminum core sandwiched between an inner and outer layer of polyethylene, allowing it to be mounted on wall surfaces, in-wall, buried underground, or in concrete. The tubing can hold any hand-bent shape, reducing shop clutter with this industrial compressed air piping system.
The kit includes 100 ft. of 1/2-inch tubing, 3 air outlet kits, a compressor manifold kit, 5 elbow fittings, and a deburr and cutter tool. The system has a maximum working pressure of 175 psi, a 1/2-inch inside diameter, and a 5/8-inch outside diameter. The compression-style nickel-plated brass fittings are recommended for usage up to 75 ft. from the air compressor, in buildings up to 2000 sq. ft., and with air compressors up to 5 HP.
