Our NO LEAKS AIR SYSTEM offers a complete leak-proof compressed air supply solution for your shop or garage, rolling up to 100 ft. The smooth interior walls of our piping rolls will never build up scale or rust. This system is much more efficient than iron or PVC piping, and while reliably holding pressure, it operates at 200 psi at 73°F and 160 psi at 140°F.

No more pipe cutting, messy threading, or gluing with our EASY TO CUT AND TERMINATE design. We provide you with a simple tool to make the process effortless. The MaxLine Master Kit has all the components necessary to complete the installation.

In comparison to iron, copper, or PVC piping, our system is BENDABLE AND FLEXIBLE, which is a huge relief. The rolls with fewer joints allow for not only faster installation but also make it easy to bend and keep the piping in place. The aluminum lining of our rolls can create rigid yet flexible layouts. The 3/4-inch inside diameter of the pipe has a bend radius of 6-8 inches and can be bent to any shape.

Our compressed air system is SCALABLE, making it perfect for shops or garages of any size and layout. You can purchase additional accessories if necessary, to expand or further customize your pneumatic line installation based on the requirements of pressurized air distribution.

The INSTALLATION STEPS are as follows:

Step 1: CUT the tubing square with the cutter, ROTATING your wrist while cutting. Step 2: BEVEL the inside of the tubing by inserting the reaming tool and rotating it at least 3 full turns. Use peg #25 for 3/4" tubing, remove the nut and split ring from the fitting, and place them on the tubing. Step 3: PUSH the fitting onto the tubing and fully against the shoulder of the fitting (soapy water will help this process). Step 4: TIGHTEN the nut with a wrench a minimum 3/4 of a turn or until tight.
